Đồng sáng lập Alpha Agrochem; sáng lập Alpha Marketing và BizUp; giữ vai trò CMO tại Saha Group, Happy Agri và Sataka. Công việc của tôi tập trung vào ba lớp: xây hệ thống marketing bài bản, thiết kế kênh phân phối cho ngành vật tư nông nghiệp, và đưa AI vào vận hành hằng ngày. Co-founder of Alpha Agrochem; founder of Alpha Marketing and BizUp; Chief Marketing Officer at Saha Group, Happy Agri and Sataka. My work sits on three layers: building structured marketing systems, designing distribution channels for the agricultural-input industry, and putting AI into day-to-day operations.

Nguyên tắc làm việc: hệ thống thực, vận hành được, đo lường được — thay vì bản kế hoạch đẹp trên giấy. A working principle: real systems that run and can be measured — rather than a plan that only looks good on paper.
